This upcoming action-comedy promises a fresh take on the 'wrong place, wrong time' trope, echoing Baadshah's protagonist who stumbles into high-stakes situations. Early buzz suggests a narrative rich with comedic misunderstandings and escalating chaos, where the hero, much like Raj in Baadshah, is an ordinary individual forced to confront extraordinary threats. The film is expected to deliver a potent mix of physical comedy and surprisingly slick action sequences, all while maintaining a lighthearted tone. Its potential lies in crafting a relatable, albeit hapless, lead whose charm and quick thinking become his greatest assets against formidable adversaries, ensuring a rollercoaster of entertainment.

The Paper Tigers offers a delightful martial arts comedy, where three former kung fu prodigies, now middle-aged and out of shape, must reunite to avenge their master's death. This film resonates with Baadshah's spirit through its blend of humor and action, showcasing protagonists who are initially underestimated but possess hidden depths and skills. The comedic timing, coupled with genuinely impressive fight choreography, creates a charming underdog story. It champions the idea that heroism isn't always about youthful vigor but about heart, loyalty, and a willingness to step up, even when life has thrown a few punches.

My Spy delivers a charming action-comedy centered on a hardened CIA operative who finds himself at the mercy of a precocious nine-year-old girl. The film's humor stems from the unlikely pairing and the agent's struggle to adapt to domestic life while on a surveillance mission, much like Baadshah's Raj, who often finds himself in situations far beyond his initial scope. It balances family-friendly comedy with engaging spy action, offering a heartwarming narrative about unexpected bonds. The film successfully navigates the comedic potential of a tough guy forced into tender situations, providing both laughs and genuine emotional beats.

Burt Reynolds' Hooper is a classic ode to the unsung heroes of cinema: the stuntmen. While not a direct action-comedy in the Baadshah vein, it captures a similar spirit of charismatic bravado and a protagonist who thrives on pushing boundaries. The film celebrates the daring, often comedic, exploits of its lead, much like Raj's audacious schemes. It offers a behind-the-scenes look at the physical comedy and danger inherent in filmmaking, presenting a hero who is both a showman and a master of his craft. The camaraderie and the pursuit of the ultimate stunt resonate with the grand, entertaining scale.

Gotcha! is an exhilarating 80s spy-comedy that perfectly encapsulates the accidental hero trope, a cornerstone of Baadshah's appeal. The film thrives on mistaken identities, thrilling chases, and a protagonist who is charmingly out of his depth but resourceful. Its blend of youthful exuberance, comedic mishaps, and genuine suspense makes it a spiritual cousin to Baadshah, demonstrating how an ordinary individual can become entangled in extraordinary circumstances and emerge victorious through sheer wit and luck.

While this is a prospective title, the original Naked Gun series is the epitome of spoof comedy, a genre that Baadshah occasionally dabbles in with its over-the-top scenarios. If the 2025 iteration captures the spirit of Leslie Nielsen's deadpan absurdity and relentless sight gags, it will undoubtedly offer a similar brand of chaotic, laugh-out-loud entertainment. The humor often arises from the protagonist's oblivious confidence amidst utter mayhem, a comedic device that resonates with Raj's often misguided but well-intentioned efforts. It's pure, unadulterated comedic escapism, where logic takes a backseat to relentless gags.

Quentin Dupieux's Wrong Cops presents a darkly comedic, absurdist take on law enforcement, featuring a group of corrupt and incompetent officers. While its tone is significantly more cynical and surreal than Baadshah, it shares a common thread of unconventional protagonists operating outside the norm. The film's humor is derived from the sheer absurdity of its characters' actions and their bizarre interactions, creating a unique brand of comedic chaos. It's a film for those who appreciate the more offbeat, unconventional side of comedy, where the 'heroes' are deeply flawed but undeniably entertaining in their own peculiar way.

How to Rob a Bank is a clever crime-comedy that centers on a man who accidentally gets caught up in a bank robbery, only to find himself in an even more complicated hostage situation. This film echoes Baadshah's narrative of a protagonist thrust into an unexpected, high-stakes scenario. The humor arises from the escalating absurdity and the protagonist's attempts to navigate the chaos with wit and improvisation. It's a smart, engaging caper that blends suspense with comedic timing, showcasing how a seemingly ordinary individual can become an unlikely hero (or anti-hero) when faced with extraordinary circumstances.

The film masterfully employs the mistaken identity trope, leading to hilarious mix-ups, thrilling action sequences, and a compelling narrative about two vastly different individuals whose lives become intertwined. Its blend of slapstick comedy, romantic elements, and high-stakes action perfectly captures the Baadshah essence. Khan's dual performance is a highlight, showcasing his versatility in both comedic and intense roles, making it a quintessential Bollywood action-comedy.

The 2024 iteration of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan brings together two charismatic stars in a high-octane action-comedy, reminiscent of the buddy-cop dynamics and grand scale seen in Baadshah. Its narrative likely involves a mission of national importance, executed with a healthy dose of humor and spectacle.
