Best Hindi Action Movies of Vicky Kaushal

Anticipation surrounds 'Gajab Raat,' slated for 2026, as it promises to be a significant addition to Vicky Kaushal's action portfolio. While details remain under wraps, the title itself hints at a narrative steeped in suspense and potential high-stakes confrontations. As a critic, I expect Kaushal to bring his characteristic intensity to any combat sequences, focusing on realistic, gritty portrayals rather than over-the-top theatrics. The film could be a crucial stepping stone, showcasing his ability to lead a full-blown action thriller with a compelling blend of physical prowess and dramatic depth, setting a new benchmark for his genre involvement.

'Reporting Live' in 2026 presents an intriguing premise, potentially blending journalistic urgency with action-packed scenarios. If Vicky Kaushal is indeed at the helm, one can foresee a narrative where his character navigates dangerous situations, perhaps involving espionage or a race against time. The action here might be less about overt combat and more about tense escapes, tactical maneuvers, and the visceral thrill of survival under pressure. This could allow Kaushal to explore a different facet of action, emphasizing intelligence and quick thinking alongside physical agility, making for a unique contribution to his action repertoire.

The prospect of Vicky Kaushal in 'Ramayana: Rise of a Legend' is monumental, suggesting a grand-scale epic where action would be integral to the mythological narrative. While specific sequences are yet to be revealed, one can envision Kaushal engaging in elaborate, period-appropriate combat, perhaps involving traditional weaponry and large-scale battles. This role would demand not just physical training but also a regal bearing, blending heroic action with cultural gravitas. It's an opportunity for him to showcase a different kind of action star, one rooted in legend and spectacle, potentially delivering iconic, visually stunning sequences.

The title 'Udta Teer' (Flying Arrow) for a 2026 release immediately conjures images of precision, speed, and perhaps a narrative driven by a relentless pursuit or a targeted mission. If Vicky Kaushal leads this, we can anticipate action sequences that are sharp, focused, and perhaps involve elements of parkour or agile combat. His previous work suggests he excels in roles demanding intense focus and physical discipline. This film could be a vehicle for showcasing highly stylized, yet grounded, action choreography, where every movement serves a purpose, adding another layer to his versatile action persona.

While 'Pehla Pyaar Doosri Baar' (First Love, Second Time) is listed, its title strongly suggests a romantic drama, not an action film. It is highly unlikely to feature the 'adrenaline-pumping stunt and action sequences' that are the focus of this editorial. Vicky Kaushal is known for his versatility, but this particular project, if its title is any indication, would fall outside the scope of his action-oriented performances. Therefore, it cannot be critiqued for its action content, as it is not expected to possess any.

It is imperative to clarify that Vicky Kaushal is not associated with the 'Drishyam' franchise. Furthermore, 'Drishyam: The Conclusion,' like its predecessors, is a psychological thriller renowned for its intricate plot and mind games, not for high-octane physical action sequences. The film's brilliance lies in its narrative suspense and intellectual confrontations, not in stunts or combat. Therefore, discussing Vicky Kaushal's action prowess in the context of this film is entirely misplaced, as neither the actor nor the genre aligns with the editorial's focus.

'Dhurandhar,' slated for 2025, is one of the most anticipated entries in Vicky Kaushal's burgeoning action filmography. The title itself, implying a formidable or powerful individual, sets expectations for a character deeply entrenched in conflict. One can foresee Kaushal delivering raw, impactful fight choreography, possibly in a gritty, realistic setting. This film is poised to be a significant showcase for his physical transformation and commitment to action, potentially featuring extended, intense sequences that highlight his strength and agility, further cementing his status as a credible action hero.

'Lust Stories 3,' an upcoming anthology, is fundamentally a drama exploring themes of desire and relationships. It is not an action film, nor is it designed to feature any 'adrenaline-pumping stunt and action sequences' from Vicky Kaushal or any other actor. The format of an anthology typically focuses on character-driven narratives and emotional complexities. Therefore, this film falls outside the purview of an article dedicated to Kaushal's action performances, as it simply does not contain the elements relevant to this discussion.

It is crucial to note that '3 Idiots,' released in 2009, is a celebrated comedy-drama and does not feature Vicky Kaushal in its cast. Moreover, the film is entirely devoid of the 'iconic adrenaline-pumping stunt and action sequences' that this editorial aims to highlight. Its narrative revolves around friendship, education, and societal pressures, employing humor and emotional depth rather than physical combat. Therefore, including '3 Idiots' in a discussion about Vicky Kaushal's action movies is factually incorrect and irrelevant to the topic at hand.

Following the anticipated 'Dhurandhar,' 'Dhurandhar: The Revenge' in 2026 suggests a direct continuation of its predecessor's action-packed narrative. This sequel is expected to escalate the stakes, offering Vicky Kaushal an even broader canvas for showcasing advanced combat skills and more elaborate stunt work. As a critic, I would anticipate a deeper exploration of his character's motivations driving the action, ensuring that the sequences are not just visually spectacular but also emotionally resonant. This could be where Kaushal truly unleashes a more refined and intense action persona, building on the foundation laid by the first installment.
